Absolutely! Most of our products are made to order, so if there’s a specific product you’d like customized, please let us know!

Unfortunately, we do not have a showroom though we hope that changes soon. 😊

We highly recommend placing your order before September 1st to avoid any production and/or shipping delays.

No, we do not offer commercial or residential installation or storage services. However, we’d be happy to help you find a local installation business or storage solution.

We offer a hand-curated selection of high-quality decorations made all over the world, including in the United States, Denmark, Greece, Italy, France, and the Philippines. Most of our products are made in the United States of America. For more information, please contact us.

Yes, we do! All 501(c)(3) nonprofits qualify for a 10% discount or the current promotion, whichever is greater. However, custom-made items—such as mall scenes, light shows, and specialty decorations—are excluded from this discount.

Questions About Custom Decorations

Absolutely! We work with many fabricators around the country who are able to create a custom, one-of-a-kind display. For assistance, please contact us at sales@commercialdecorations.com or by calling (810) 207-1047.

All custom and made-to-order items require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of order placement to begin the design and production process.

The remaining 50%, plus any applicable shipping and handling fees, is due prior to shipment.

It’s best to order as soon as possible to avoid production delays. Custom orders placed after August 1st are not guaranteed to arrive in time for holiday installation.

Of course! A signed copy of the completed custom order agreement will be sent to the provided email address once completed. You may request a new copy of the custom order agreement from your Commercial Holiday Decor sales representative if you’ve misplaced or lost yours.

Billing Questions

We accept all major credit cards. For your safety, cash, checks, and money orders are not currently accepted and may not be mailed in.

All orders are subject to sales tax as required by US law, unless presented with a tax exemption certificate.

When you place an order with us, you won’t need to provide credit card information right away. Once we receive your order, a sales representative will reach out to review shipping details and any customization preferences. We’ll then send you an invoice, which can be easily paid online or over the phone.

Shipping and Delivery Questions

A delivery estimate will be provided to you after you order. Once production is completed, it’s safe to assume between 1 and 2 weeks (Jan.–Sep. 1st).

Shipping costs are contingent upon many factors, including weight, size, delivery location, etc. Your sales rep will provide you with a shipping cost after your order is placed.

Much larger décor may incur a crating charge. The crating charge is how much it will cost to build the crate your décor will be shipped in. Crating charges will always be included in the final freighting costs.

If your décor arrives damaged, immediately contact the freighting company and your Commercial Holiday Decor sales representative so we can make things right.

Our décor is made to order in facilities around the U.S., Denmark, Germany, & Canada. Because of this, pickup is not an option at the moment.
