At Commercial Holiday Decor, we stand behind the quality of our products. We guarantee that all of our displays and accessories are free from manufacturing defects and crafted with care for long-lasting durability under normal use (defined below). In the unlikely event of a defect, our commitment is to repair or replace the product on a prorated basis, ensuring your investment is protected.
Please note that this guarantee does not cover costs associated with return shipping, installation, or removal of products. Additionally, damages resulting from bulb burnouts, improper handling, weather conditions, or transit are excluded from this guarantee.
Every item is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. To ensure satisfaction, we encourage our customers to inspect and test all products upon delivery and prior to installation.

Warranty Length
For the purposes of this warranty, one (1) season is defined as one (1) installation and removal for a duration lasting no longer than 60 days. For warranty information specific to your purchase, contact your Commercial Holiday Decor sales representative or email help@commercialdecorations.com.
Normal Usage Defined
“Normal use” of our products refers to the proper handling, installation, operation, and maintenance of these items in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. This includes:
Installation: Decorations should be installed by qualified personnel using appropriate equipment and following all safety guidelines.
Display Conditions: Products should be displayed in environments that do not expose them to extreme weather conditions unless they are specifically designed for such environments (e.g., outdoor-rated decorations for rain, snow, or high winds). Items should be secured properly to prevent damage from wind, heavy rain, or other environmental factors.
Operation: Electrical decorations should be powered by the correct voltage, using only the recommended outlets or extension cords. Lights and electronics should not be left on continuously for extended periods beyond the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Maintenance: Regular maintenance checks should be performed, including replacing burnt-out bulbs, ensuring connections are secure, and promptly addressing any issues to avoid further damage.
Storage: Decorations should be carefully packed and stored in a dry, temperature-controlled environment when not in use to avoid damage from moisture, pests, or mishandling.
Manufacturer Warranties
S4 Lights®
Limited 1-Season Warranty
The following specified S4 Lights products are warrantied for 1-Season Use; guaranteed to light for 1 season from date of receipt of product or 1,000 hours of use, whichever comes first. A season is defined as an installation of product for a period of no more than 90 days (about 3 months) as per UL code 588. These products are intended for seasonal use only and not designed for year-round, permanent installation and continuous use. This warranty is applicable for the following S4 Lights products: LED Rope Light Kits and S4 Decor Silhouettes that use Rope Light.
Limited 3-Season Warranty
The following specified S4 Lights products are warrantied for 3-Year Seasonal Use; guaranteed to light for 3 seasons from date of purchase or 3,000 hours of use, whichever comes first. A season is defined as an installation of product for a period of no more than 90 days as per UL code 588. These products are intended for seasonal use only and not designed for year-round, permanent installation and continuous use. This warranty is applicable for the following S4 Lights products: Benchmark Light Strings and Infrastructure, LED Replacement Bulbs, E12 and E17 Stringers, Tap N Go®, NeverDim®, Invisilite, Versaline® and Incandescent Product, Pre-Lit and Unlit Foliage, Decorative Bows, Holographic Spheres, Meteor Shower and Firecracker Light Sets, S4i® GeoGiant, S4i® Extendable RGB Light Strings and Infrastructure, S4i® Low Voltage RGB Product and Infrastructure, S4i® Pixel Pines RGB Tower Tree and Tree Topper, S4i® Pixel Pines RGB Tower Tree Lighting and Control System, S4i® Plug N Play Kit, S4i® Standard Control Systems and all Custom Product unless specified otherwise.
Limited 4-Season Warranty
The following specified S4 Lights product is warrantied for 4-Year Seasonal Use; guaranteed to light for 4 seasons from date of purchase or 4,000 hours of use, whichever comes first. A season is defined as an installation of product for a period of no more than 90 days as per UL code 588. These products are intended for seasonal use only and not designed for year-round, permanent installation and continuous use. This warranty is applicable for S4 Lights Benchmark NxG Light Strings.
Limited 2-Year Warranty
The following specified S4 Lights products are warrantied under a 2-Year Warranty; guaranteed to light for 2 years from date of purchase. This warranty is only applicable for the following S4 Lights products: E26 Stringers, LED Vintage Filament Bulbs, Everlastrings, DIY and Lite Snap N Go Infrastructure, DIY LED Spot Lights, S4i® Moving Heads, and S4i® HV Architectural Lights.
