Preorder Policy

Overview
Preorders allow customers to reserve select items before they’re mass manufactured and shipped. Certain items—such as Universal Statues fiberglass and InLiteFi—are only available through preorder and are manufactured and shipped by Universal Statues US. By placing a preorder, you’re securing your item in advance and agreeing to wait until it becomes available to ship. This policy outlines how our preorder system works, including deadlines, payments, and cancellations.
Preorder items are generally not available after the preorder deadline; however, you are welcome to inquire about the availability of a specific product. To ensure you receive your desired item, we strongly recommend placing a preorder before the posted deadline.
Payment Terms
Payment for preorder items is required in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated. This guarantees your order and secures your item(s) at the time of manufacturing.
Preordered items will be billed separately from the rest of your purchase.
Deadlines, Availability, and Shipping
Items requiring preorder will include a clearly stated deadline on the product page. This date marks the final opportunity to place a preorder for that specific product. After that date, you may place a preorder to receive your item for the following year. Preordered items are not typically kept in stock, though you’re welcome to inquire.
To ensure timely delivery and installation, please note the following preorder deadlines:
- Halloween: Orders must be placed by May 1st to guarantee arrival prior to Halloween installation.
- Christmas: Orders must be placed by July 1st to guarantee arrival prior to Christmas installation.
- Easter: Orders must be placed by October 1st to guarantee arrival prior to Easter installation.
Once production is complete, you will receive an email confirming that your preorder has shipped. Preordered items will be shipped separately from the rest of your purchase.
Customization and Changes
Requests to change preorder items (such as switching colors or updating shipping information) must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, physical changes to any preordered items are not accepted. Please contact us to request changes.
Cancellations and Refunds
Preorders may be canceled for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, cancellations are not accepted, as your orders may already be in production or reserved with the manufacturer. If we are unable to fulfill a preorder due to manufacturing issues, you will be notified and given the option for a full refund or store credit.
