Product Returns
Most products sold by Commercial Holiday Decor, such as trees, ground-mounted displays, pole-mounted decorations, interior props, animatronics, garlands, and similar items, are made to order. All products, whether custom-made or not, are subject to this return policy. Any damages must be reported immediately to Commercial Holiday Decor and the freight company.
Refunds and replacements are available for seven (7) days after the initial delivery. Exchanges are not accepted. Unless waived by your Commercial Holiday Decor representative, a 30% stocking fee will apply to all product returns. The customer is responsible for all freight charges to and/or from our facility or the manufacturer’s facility.
Sale items may be returned and are subject to this return policy.
Light sets, replacement bulbs, or lighting accessories damaged during shipping must be reported to Commercial Holiday Decor within seven (7) days of delivery to qualify for a replacement. In the rare event that your ground mount display, pole-mounted decoration, skyline, or similar item arrives with broken light bulbs, Commercial Holiday Decor will send replacement bulbs to you free of charge.
Due to sanitary laws, all costume wigs, beards, and mustaches are not eligible for a return. Any issues with these products must be reported to Commercial Holiday Decor.
Santa suits and accessories—excluding costume wigs, beards, and mustaches—may be returned within 14 days of delivery. A 30% stocking fee will apply to returned Santa suits and accessories. Santa suits and accessories may not be exchanged. For questions regarding sizes, please contact us.
Custom Order Deposit
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement for all custom orders. This deposit secures your production slot and initiates the customization process. The remaining 50% balance, plus any applicable shipping costs, is due prior to shipment.
Depending on the size of your order, lead times can vary from 30 days to 120 days. For current production lead times, please contact your Commercial Holiday Decor representative.

Warranty Information
At Commercial Holiday Decor, we stand behind the quality of our products. We guarantee that all of our displays and accessories are free from manufacturing defects and crafted with care for long-lasting durability under normal use (defined below). In the unlikely event of a defect, our commitment is to repair or replace the product on a prorated basis, ensuring your investment is protected.
Please note that this guarantee does not cover costs associated with return shipping, installation, or removal of products. Additionally, damages resulting from bulb burnouts, improper handling, weather conditions, or transit are excluded from this guarantee.
Every item is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. To ensure satisfaction, we encourage our customers to inspect and test all products upon delivery and prior to installation.

Warranty Length
For the purposes of this warranty, one (1) season is defined as one (1) installation and removal for a duration lasting no longer than 60 days. For warranty information specific to your purchase, contact your Commercial Holiday Decor sales representative or email help@commercialdecorations.com.
Normal Usage Defined
“Normal use” of our products refers to the proper handling, installation, operation, and maintenance of these items in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. This includes:
Installation: Decorations should be installed by qualified personnel using appropriate equipment and following all safety guidelines.
Display Conditions: Products should be displayed in environments that do not expose them to extreme weather conditions unless they are specifically designed for such environments (e.g., outdoor-rated decorations for rain, snow, or high winds). Items should be secured properly to prevent damage from wind, heavy rain, or other environmental factors.
Operation: Electrical decorations should be powered by the correct voltage, using only the recommended outlets or extension cords. Lights and electronics should not be left on continuously for extended periods beyond the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Maintenance: Regular maintenance checks should be performed, including replacing burnt-out bulbs, ensuring connections are secure, and promptly addressing any issues to avoid further damage.
Storage: Decorations should be carefully packed and stored in a dry, temperature-controlled environment when not in use to avoid damage from moisture, pests, or mishandling.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like costume wigs, Santa beards and mustaches, and custom-made décor (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted. No exceptions.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
